Pinnacom specialises in data SIMs and internet connectivity rather than consumer mobile phone contracts. We provide specialist SIM solutions for 4G and 5G internet, remote monitoring, IoT devices, lifts, gates, temporary sites and resilient backup connectivity.
For personal mobile phone contracts, we’d usually recommend going directly through a mobile network provider or retailer.

Pinnacom can connect multiple buildings using a range of technologies, including Point-to-Point wireless links. Typically, a primary internet connection is installed in one location, with secure wireless links distributing connectivity across the wider site.
This approach is commonly used across business parks, temporary sites, events and remote environments where traditional cabling is impractical.
We’ve been doing it for years across hard-to-reach commercial and residential environments.
-
Yes. Pinnacom delivers both network infrastructure and on-site installation. Depending on the scale of the project, installations are carried out either by Pinnacom engineers or through trusted specialist cabling partners managed directly by our team.
-
Yes. Pinnacom manages communications projects from planning through to deployment and support, covering internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, telephony and resilient network infrastructure across both temporary and permanent sites.
-
No. Pinnacom specialises in internet connectivity, network infrastructure, Wi-Fi and telephony systems rather than IT hardware or software supply.
Where needed, we can introduce trusted IT partners we have worked with on previous projects.
-
Yes. Pinnacom can provide 24/7 support for projects, events and business-critical operations where continuous coverage is required.
Support packages are tailored to the operational needs of each client, ranging from standard business-hours support through to fully monitored and managed environments.
This includes live broadcast, event and production environments where continuous operational support is critical.

Resilient internet uses multiple independent connections to reduce the risk of downtime if a primary service fails.
Pinnacom designs resilient networks using combinations of fibre, leased lines, 4G, 5G and satellite services such as Starlink. If one connection drops, traffic can automatically fail over to a secondary connection to keep operations running.
For higher-risk environments, completely separate carriers and physical routes can also be deployed to reduce single points of failure.

In emergency or time-sensitive situations, Pinnacom can often get a site connected within 24 hours, and in some cases, the same day.
Deployment times depend on the environment, capacity requirements and available infrastructure — all of which you can let us know via a quick enquiry form.

-
Yes. Pinnacom can deploy high-capacity fibre services for short-term requirements, including temporary events, productions and operational sites.
In some locations, Point-to-Point wireless links or nearby Points of Presence (POPs) may provide a faster or more practical solution than installing new fibre infrastructure.
-
VoIP deployments typically have a minimum term of three months due to setup, installation and number porting requirements. After this period, services generally move onto a rolling monthly agreement.
-
Yes. Pinnacom has developed portable “internet in a box” systems that provide rapid-deployment internet and Wi-Fi connectivity for temporary sites, events and remote operations.
These systems are available for both hire and purchase.
-
Yes. Pinnacom can design and manage multi-site communications systems that allow offices across different locations to operate on the same network and telephony infrastructure.
-
Hardware supplied by Pinnacom is typically covered by a one-year manufacturer warranty.
Ongoing managed support and maintenance packages are also available, depending on the operational requirements of the site.
